Details

NL Eats is seeking to enhance its operational efficiency by integrating intelligent automation and AI agents into its existing workflows. The primary goal of this project is to eliminate manual interventions, thereby streamlining operations and boosting productivity. Students will analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and design AI-powered solutions. The focus will be on implementing AI agents for tasks such as automated communication, data entry, and workflow management. Additionally, robotic process automation (RPA) will be leveraged to optimize routine tasks. This project offers learners the chance to apply classroom knowledge in AI and automation to real-world scenarios, using open-source tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.

Deliverables

- Conduct a comprehensive workflow analysis to identify areas suitable for automation.

- Design and implement AI agents, such as chatbots and virtual assistants, to automate routine tasks.

- Develop a detailed intelligent automation plan for integrating AI and RPA into NL Eats' operations.

- Implement automation solutions using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to create seamless workflows.

- Test and optimize the AI agents and automation solutions to ensure they meet operational needs.

- Provide thorough documentation outlining the automation processes and AI functionalities for future maintenance.
