Empor Social Marketplace Enhancement

Empor aims to enhance its social marketplace by integrating a social media component that allows users to view their friends' event attendance, fostering greater engagement and encouraging ticket purchases. The project seeks to improve the front-end user experience by redesigning user profiles to highlight event participation and marketplace activity. This includes integrating seller ratings and interactive listings to make the platform more engaging. On the back end, the project involves implementing an algorithm to generate friend interest ratings and a counter-offer system to facilitate smoother in-app transactions. These enhancements are intended to boost user adoption, increase the platform's credibility, and set Empor apart from its competitors.

UX Software Development

The problem the learner will be solving is to take a premade app icon, which consists of the following; textbook; shopping cart; and graduation hat, and create a more simplistic, fluid, and visually appealing icon, which is also appealing to university students. Additionally, the learner will assist in UX Software development of the icon, and the website, creating a user friendly, attractive, and simplistic website.
